Cancellation Policy
* 48 hour notice is required. Failure to do so will result in 100% of the service cost as a cancellation fee for all PMU Appointments. Tardiness: * If you are over 20 minutes late to your appointment, you will be rescheduled & your deposit will be transferred to ONE future rescheduled appointment. Early Arrival: * If you arrive early, please wait in the waiting area before coming in for your appointment. No Shows: * You will be charged the full appointment price. A new procedure fee will be required in FULL to reschedule. 1 guest and children are allowed. please no pets- this is a safety concern and there are no exceptions.
